Beyond Borders is a program for students in grade 12 that offers a unique, integrated and experiential opportunity to combine Business Management, English, International Business, Advanced Functions, and Leadership learning with a focus on globalization, technology, and social responsibility.
This semester, the group of active, involved, and community-minded students made a Michael House Supportive Housing Unit their project. They raised over $2,400 in just 2 hours through a car wash. Then they used the funds to decorate and furnish one of our units and the play area in our Atrium. We were very impressed throughout their whole process of fundraising, planning, and implementing with compassion and enthusiasm!

We cannot thank the hardworking and thoughtful students, and their supportive teachers, enough for the lasting impact they have made on the young families that will live in the beautiful “Beyond Borders Suite!”
