Guelph’s “Shout Sister!” choir made a “joyful noise” for Michael House. They performed on June 2nd at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian church in Guelph. Director Beth Becker and the choir continued the Shout Sister tradition of giving back to the community.
They dedicate their annual fundraiser to helping their communities. They are also found throughout the year performing at other fundraisers and at senior’s homes. Their performances are joyful occasions and their audiences respond with delight to their enthusiasm and energy.
There are 19 Chapters of Shout Sister! Choir in Ontario now. Shout Sister! takes an unorthodox approach to choral singing. They do not audition and they sing a fun variety of music from pop and Motown, to folk, to a touch of country and blues. Choristers learn from recorded tracks so an ability to read music is not required.
THANKS to “Shout Sister!” in Guelph for choosing Michael House. You have touched lives not only through the joy of singing, but through your financial support of our mission.
